There are good opportunities to fish in the Limfjord all year round from the harbour piers in Aalborg and Nørresundby, as well as on the fjord. There is no catch guarantee, but there are several different species of fish in the fjord.
You can go fishing right in the heart of Aalborg – all you need is a Danish fishing licence. Fishing is permitted from the quayside in Aalborg, Nørresundby, and along the coast of the Limfjord.
