Kvak Mill Tent Site
The nature camp site Kvak Mølle is located on a mowed grass area, right next to the shelters, in the scenic Vejle Ådal, not far from Vejle Å. At the nature camp site there is room for 5 tents, and 3 shelters have been set up.
On the site there is a campfire hut and tables/benches. Firewood is filled up weekly in the woodshed, but if you want to be absolutely sure to be able to have a fire, you must bring your own firewood.
All year round, toilet facilities with running water are open approx. 300 meters from the area, in Kærhuset at Haraldskær Avlsgård.
From the nature campsite, it is not far to the popular cycling and hiking trail, Bindeballestien, and if you have a fishing license, you can fish for free in the nearby Kvak Mølle Lake.
The site is also frequently used by canoeists during the summer months.
The tent area cannot be booked, but is used on a first-come, first-served basis.
