In the area that previously housed Dansk Eternit is now the Aalborg Workers' Museum, consisting of the old porter's house and one of the old silos, both of which are beautifully decorated with motifs from the area's past.
One of the old silos at Eternitten has been decorated by the Dutch artist Guido Van Helten. The motive is a portrait of a former worker at Dansk Eternit, and the silo portrays Aalborg Working Museum.
Former Dansk Eternit (Danish Eternit) roamed in the large area, popularly known as "Eternitten". Today the silo is a sign of the area's former function, which has now been transformed into a hub which houses shops, apartments and businesses.
The museum is open all day, everyday.
