Hammer Church

Near the source of the Gudenå is a small church, which is quite special in several ways. The church has a history dating back to the late 1100s.
Tørring church was built in 1200.
The characteristic octagonal dome of the church tower (beginning of 17th C.) is seen above the houses of the "older part" part of the town north of the river.
