Madumsøhuset has been passed down for generations, with their name in common. Together with his grandfather, Karl, Karl has come up with some delicious Italian ice cream that his father, Karl Ejnar, and uncle, Karl Johan, can vouch for.
The ice cream is of the genuine Italian variety, Bravissimo, which is stirred in the Italian city of Bologna. The ingredients are carefully selected from Italy and the Mediterranean region, and the taste is top notch – whether it's the limone ice cream made from sun-ripened lemons from Sicily, the Nocciola ice cream with hazelnuts from Piedmont or one of the many other creamy varieties.
