Enjoy your stay in Aalborg in this peaceful and centrally located 140 square meter residence with solar panels, situated between Aalborg University and the city center, and with a short distance to Gigantium.
The bus stop is only 50 meters from the property. There is a new Weber gas grill on the lovely terrace, connected to a spacious, bright kitchen-dining area, which has a tunnel fireplace leading to the cozy TV lounge. Firewood is not included. There is plenty of space for true Danish "hygge," no matter the weather. Contactless check-in and check-out.
The House
The charming house, built in 1966, has been continuously renovated and appears neat and well-maintained. However, it should be noted that the bathroom is of older design, featuring a shower over the bathtub (with plenty of space). There is also a guest toilet. The house has 3 nice, bright bedrooms with a 160 cm bed, a 140 cm bed, and a 90 cm bed. Additionally, an electronic inflatable air mattress is included. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The villa is located in the attractive Vejgaard area, 1 km from the local town center and 4 km from Aalborg's city center. There are new allergy-friendly duvets and pillows, as well as bed linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a new steam iron is provided (a traditional iron and ironing board are also included). The house has solar panels on the roof, making it eco-friendly with green electricity.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire house except for the utility room. The garage is not accessible to guests, but the entire driveway is free for parking.
Other Things to Note
The house is a non-smoking home. Pets are not allowed. The house may not be rented for use as a "party house." The house may not be used for filming or videos of a sexual nature, and there may be no prostitution on the premises. Guests must leave the house as they found it. A lost key will cost 2000,- to replace the lock. Cleaning does not cover the oven, microwave, or fireplace. No food may be left in the fridge or freezer—spices are the only exception. Trash must be taken out. The cleaning fee covers: washing of linens, washing of toilets/baths, vacuuming, floor cleaning, and wiping down surfaces.
