Bybus only 50 m from the property. There is a newer Weber gas grill on the lovely terrace in connection with the large bright kitchen-dining room, which has a tunnel fireplace to the cozy TV room. Firewood is not included. There is plenty of room for heart and room for real Danish "hygge" regardless of the weather. Contactless check-in and check-out.
The home
The cozy house from 1966 has been continuously renovated and appears nice and well-maintained, however, please note that the bathroom is of an older date with a shower in the bathtub (plenty of space). There is also a guest toilet. There are 3 nice and bright bedrooms with respectively 160 cm bed, 140 cm bed and 90 cm bed, in addition an electronically inflatable air mattress is included. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The villa is located in the attractive Vejgaard with 1 km to the local city center and 4 km to Aalborg city center. There are new hypoallergenic duvets and pillows as well as bed linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and a new steam iron is available (also an "old-fashioned" iron and board are included). There are solar cells on the roof, which makes the house climate-friendly with green electricity.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house except for the manoeuvre room. The garage is not accessible to guests, but the entire driveway is free for parking.
Other things worth noting
The house is a non smoking home. Pets are not allowed. The house may not be rented for and used as a "party house". The house may not be used for filming films and videos of a sexual nature and there may be no prostitution on the property.
Guests must leave the house as on arrival. Lost key costs 2000,- lock is changed. Cleaning does not cover cleaning of ovens, microwaves and wood-burning stoves. Do not leave food in either the fridge or freezer - spices excepted. Garbage must be carried out. Cleaning surcharge covers: washing of linen etc., washing of toilets/baths, vacuuming, floor washing and wiping of surfaces.
