The vegetable garden is 2 ha. Jørgen Elsøe grows many different vegetables and herbs, including asparagus on just under half a hectare. They aim to deliver completely fresh 1st class ingredients throughout the year.

During the summer months, there are direct sales to private individuals, and they also deliver winter vegetables.
