Aars is a town with many activities and experiences. Here are some of the wonderful experiences you can look forward to:

 

City walk in Aars – see the many works of art and hear about the town's history!

Digital city walk - The Art Route: With your mobile phone in hand, you can experience the city's beautiful works of art. The Art Route gives you a special insight into selected works in Aars' cityscape, including several made by Per Kirkeby. The route starts at Vesthimmerlands Museum at Himmerlandsgade 44 (see the overview map just outside) and takes about 60 minutes to walk.

Free parking for motorhomes

On the old town hall site in the middle of Aars town, 6 parking spaces have been established reserved for motorhomes. Entrance from Jyllandsgade 37 and Peder Stubsvej. The parking spaces are within walking distance of shopping opportunities and the main street, as well as close to other attractive areas of the city.
