Close to Rold Skov's second largest lake, St. Økssø, you will find a campfire house with benches and barbecue for brought coal. Close to the campfire hut there are also table and bench sets.
The association Søens Folk uses the place all year round as a starting point for bathing in St. Økssø. During the winter months, the bonfire house has been converted into a sauna, so the association's members have access to this facility after bathing in the cold lake. At the lake there is a bathing jetty.
There is a parking space at the Mosskov Pavilion, from where there is access to the site through a viaduct under the track. There are good opportunities for wheelchair use in and around the site.
At Mosskovpavillionen you will find access to toilets and drinking water.
