The magnificent and protected Mosskovegen was planted around the year 1900. The tree, which measures 1.84 meters in circumference, is an important part of Rold Skov's cultural history

This tree is an old oak tree planted around year 1900. It is a preserved tree, and a photo is taken of the tree every 10th year. The tree has now a girth of 1.84 meters.

The tree can be found not fare from Skørping. Drive to Store Øksso and park at the parking place at the Mosskov Pavillon. From here, walk through the tunnel underneath the rails. When you reach the gravel road turn left, and walk a few minutes to the left. You will find the beautiful oak by the Y-junction.
