Shelter site in the forest at Grejsdalsstien

The site has 3 shelters with room for 6-8 people in each and a fire pit. The site is located on the edge of Brandbjerg Sønderskov, five meters from Hørup brook with a view of the meadow area. The meadow area runs out from Grejs Ådal. The site is well protected from wind. From Brandbjerg Folk High School, you will find the site by following the nut avenue behind the Folk High School and down into Sønderskoven. At the end of the stairs in the forest, follow the road to the left. Follow the small path on the right hand side after the stream down to the meadow and Brandbjerg shelter site. Firewood sheds have been set up at both toilet buildings, which are filled up weekly. However, if you want to be absolutely sure that you can have a fire, you must bring your own firewood. It is not allowed to collect branches on the forest floor.
